 - Hatha Yoga
Hatha Yoga is an active practice in which you move from pose to pose, building heat and increasing your strength and flexibility in equal measure. The class is an alignment focused physical practice with mindful, breath focused concepts. Suitable for all levels as modifications are available.
 - Morning Yoga
Designed for starting the day out right. Gentle stretches while focusing on the breath will bring you in tune with yourself before exploring more challenging poses and their modifications. Open to all levels.
 - Restorative Yoga
Restorative yoga is about slowing down and opening the body through passive stretching. During long holds, your muscles relax deeply. It's a completely different feeling from other classes since props are used to support your body instead of muscles. This class helps with de-stress and anxiety

It was a student teacher class, I was greeted as soon as I walked in. It felt warm and welcoming and the beginner class was easy to follow. After everything was finished, people introduced themselves to me, including the owner Vicky! Im so happy I have such an amazing yoga studio literally 3 blocks from me and I am for sure hooked!
