He has a vast amount of knowledge and experience in boxing and can adjust to a client's skill level and their interests of getting a great workout or learning the sport. I'm very pleased with the results and the growth. The personal attention makes a big difference. I would recommend the gym and 1:1 classes with Rich to anyone that wants to get in shape and learn the sweet science of boxing. He's also open to sparring and setting you up with sparring partners if that is of interest.
