Rhoades to Wellness Reviews
I came to work with Kaitlyn at the recommendation of my chiropractor for chronic knee pain and working with her has been nothing short of amazing. She is extremely knowledgeable, patient and cares about her clients’ needs. She has done a great deal to help with the pain by properly strengthening the appropriate muscles around the injured knee and I look forward to continuing my work with her. Her infrared sauna is amazing too!
April 19 · Andrew PorgesI don’t usually write reviews but had to about this place. Best pilates class I’ve ever taken. Evan is incredible - focuses on form & technique. She *really* knows Pilates, & gave me great adjustments. She throws little life lessons in there, too. I live in NYC or else this would be my place. Can’t wait for my next trip to SF where I will definitely be taking her class.
February 17 · Joelle LurieKaitlyn is absolutely the best personal trainer in the world. I went to her 3 months before my wedding trying to get in shape for my big day. I had been to a couple of personal trainers before, all were practically drill sergeants. That is no way to get me motivated to workout! I didn't know what to expect when I signed up for an initial session, but because she and I had dance in common, I figured she would train me in a way so I wouldn't be too sore and tired, or hurt, to dance, which was the case with my past trainers. But from the moment I met her, I knew Kaitlyn was different. She always has a smile on her face and really listens to your goals and what you like. She gets you excited about working out and being healthy. She makes working out fun by telling funny stories, putting on great tunes you like, and doing new or different exercises each session. The time flies so fast during a workout with her. She also, gives you suggestions on eating and health, and if you listen to her, she will get you to your goal. She understands different people are different, and tailors your workout to fit your needs as well as what your body can handle. She gives you what you can take, but does it in a fun way.I would recommend her to anyone and everyone. I am happy to say I surpassed my goal and looked amazing on my wedding day. My husband told her "I don't know what you did, but she needs to keep working out with you. She (me) looks absolutely amazing!"The updated studio also looks amazing! So vibrant and tranquil. The new reformers are also awesome. Only 10 minutes into my hour long workout, and I'm drenched with sweat. I have also had the opportunity to take a Pilates Reformer class. Kaitlyn gives different modifications in the exercises for people that are at different levels. She explains what you are supposed to be doing really well, and she always has a smile on her face.I would refer anyone that lives in the SF area to come and check out this awesome place. Not only do you get an awesome workout, but Kaitlyn makes it a blast to work out!
October 29 · April BoydIf you're looking for a Pilates studio that really cares, this is your place. The workouts are tough - both personal sessions and classes - but the instructors monitor and adjust your form. You'll come out feeling stronger, leaner and more energized. Best studio in SF, hands down!
March 29 · Jen Ockerman MashoreWonderful boutique Pilates studio! Very personalized to your body and needs, whether you have an injury or area you want to strengthen. Warm and friendly!
