★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I started classes for the first time in February/March 2024 with no prior dance or pole experience and was immediately hooked. The variety of classes is amazing, and the community is so supportive and inclusive. So grateful to have found this studio, fantastic instructors, and amazing group of people. Highly recommend!
January 16 · Alicia Michelson(Updated review) I’ve consistently taken classes at Revel Room Milpitas for 8 months and wanted to update my review. Even though pole communities are generally positive, it’s always nerve wracking for me to try out a new studio. I’m happy to share that my onboarding experience at Revel Room was especially welcoming and friendly. What sets Revel Room apart from other studios is that it is so spacious! Most of the time there is someone in the front to help welcome new students and show them around. If there isn’t someone in the front, teachers are cognizant about “new to the studio” or “new to the class” students. The Revel Room community is awesome - everyone is hyping each other up even if they don’t know you.Unless it’s a free style moment, students focus on what’s being taught in class. I find it distracting and intimidating when students deviate from what’s being taught. This is specific to me and may not bother others.I have taken a class from almost every pole instructor - they are generally great and have different expertise/styles. I’m overall happy with the selection, availability, and quality of classes. You can book online or through the app. The app is easier compared to booking online and is pretty straight forward once you get used to it. Parking is accessible and hasn’t been an issue for me. There is a lobby to hang out before class starts, cubbies to store your belongings, and two bathrooms which I love because I constantly have to pee.
February 02 · M. NguyenRevel is the best pole studio in the bay area! The instructors are so caring and the community is very welcoming. I've been taking primarily pole for almost 2 years at Revel and I've grown so much! I've also loved all the other classes I've taken here such as chair, active flexibility, hammocks, silks and lyra! Give a class a try, you won't regret it!
April 12 · Sarah YI have attended classes at a couple of different pole studios and Revel Room has been the most welcoming and inclusive one yet. I have taken pole tricks and pole dance/heels classes and I enjoy attending both. The staff at Revel Room is so friendly and they really have your best interest at heart. I have never felt pressured to do something I didn't want to do and have always felt empowered and encouraged by those around me. I really recommend everyone to try pole... it can look intimidating but at this studio, they really welcome all skill levels, whether you have never even touched a pole before or if you are a complete expert and need a challenge! They really have it all.
April 11 · Angelica HernandezTook pole tricks L1 with Jen P. I've taken group fitness classes before (HIIT), but I've never taken a pole class before.Jen was great at explaining the moves and helping correct form. The class was full so we were two to a pole but we were spaced out and provided with alcohol spray for wiping down the poles.
