There have been many changes over the 11 years, but one thing has remained the same, the wonderful people and friends I have made! There are multiple levels for everyone at any age and level of fitness. The main emphasis is on living a strong and healthy life. Most of the movements programmed in our workouts are all functional movements we perform in our daily lives. I am about to undertake my ninth CrossFit open and I’m sure as a 60-year-old I will be modifying the workouts to my personal abilities. I highly recommend you come check us out!
