★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Awesome facility, great equipment. I think the most impressive feature was the greeting, professionalism and kindness that I received as soon as I walked through the door. I highly recommend this facility. A heart-felt thank you to the entire staff for a wonderful first visit experience. Continued blessings.
June 30 · Jerry TugglePost hip replacement therapy with Caroline was really great. The exercises were varied and challenging. I built strength and she even helped me with my balance issues. I highly recommend the Rac for PT.
August 01 · Carole UzelacSo sad about how I was treated here, Everyone is so sweet except Laura she is the desk worker. Completely ignored me walking in today and while I stood there waiting for her to notice me, she looks at me and I asked her very politely to check me in and even said sorry. She started raising her voice at me because I “interrupted” her and it was rude and immature, and when I say raising her voice ( My mother doesn’t even raise her voice like this to me nor anyone in my life). And honestly last time I checked when you work in customer service it’s never your spot to yell at someone for doing something completely un harmful. There is better ways of treating people than screaming in there face. And criticizing them in front of other people. I continued to be kind to her and apologized and said thank you, but the rolling the eyes and sigh from her was so disrespectful. Being 18 years old it makes sense for a teenager to do this behavior but her being an older woman completely shocks me. So my trip to the gym was very sad, ended up being in tears because how disrespectful she was to me, and my sister standing there almost called the police because of her aggressiveness. It’s not that hard to be nice!
June 09 · Sophie GableI love the RAC! The people, the facility, the equipment! It's a great place to stretch your wings. At first, I was apprehensive about going there because it's been years since I've worked out in public. The staff went out of their way to make me feel comfortable to begin my workout. I highly recommend the RAC.
February 27 · Teri CooperLeaving this review from a different account because I am a regular and was to remain anonymous. The actual workout room awesome, love it. Now what I can’t wrap my head around especially for the price is the cleanliness of the lockerooms. Now the other half has told me the womens is bad as well but I will speak on what I’ve seen in the mens. Mold on the floor in the cracks, mold in the corners, mold in and behind the soap dispenser, slimy stains that show it is basically never washed. The fancy equipment means nothing if i have to walk into what feels like a prison shower where I might contract something stepping into it. The steam room needs to be maintained as well. No mold but could be better maintained. Hire more janitorial staff and quit being cheap. Would rather not be able to shower after the workout for a couple-few weeks due to the showers being gutted rather than keep putting up with this. Me and a handful of others are on the verge of cancelling memberships and making this a bigger issue than it has to be. Yes it is a public shower, but it is also now a health hazard. Fix this.
