Allison Barnes and the rest of her team have incorporated years of science-based knowledge into every aspect of your workout. You are greeted and welcomed to every session and are joined into a community of people working to reach and sustain a healthy lifestyle! The facility is bright, big, and you get a great workout and recovery session in... no more going home feeling sore/injured! Overall I had a very great experience and I will definitely be joining as a member.

The trainers are great providing excellent support. The facility is clean and sanitized after each class and between classes. Six week intervals allow you to see your progress. Alli Barnes and her team have created a great space to work out safely and effectively. It's one of my favorite places to be!
