The coaches are kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and professional. The owner, Senad, is a true professional and an amazing athlete. My wife and I both feel really lucky to be members of the gym. One last thing: CrossFit gets a bad rap because a lot of gyms have poor programming coupled with bad coaches. The programming at PXM is top-notch and the coaches know what they are doing. The coaches and the owner also care enough to ask you to take things back a notch if you are executing the movements unsafely or incorrectly. PXM is definitely my happy place.

There are options to push yourself and compete, but the coaches really helped me target movements designed for me.
