July 17 · Elaine TangI've been really enjoying my experience here at the body pilates studio, so I thought I would share. I originally ended up joining when two of my close friends wanted to trial the 3-person group session at this Pilates studio. What I love is the the intimacy of this beautiful space and that the group session is basically a semi-private class when compared to any other studio in this area! I was a little concerned to join a fitness studio during Covid but I feel totally safe to participate in the group class especially because it is with my two friends. They also make an emphasis on temperature checks at the beginning of the session and ask you to wipe down any equipments that were used during the session. From the pilates standpoint, I find it hard to come across classically trained pilates instructors/studios as pilates has evolved over time, but all the instructors here are well educated and dedicated to provide the best experience for their clients. I am especially enjoying my reformer and mat classes which I have been doing interchangeably throughout the week! Though pilates can be generally an expensive exercise, they have great promotions/packages throughout the year and lots of class options to choose from.

I had poor posture, shoulder pain, neck pain, and back pain, but after continuous sessions I’ve strengthened my core muscles and I feel much better. The instructors understand your body and customize your sessions to your ability and areas of concern. I have been doing 1:1 sessions but other sessions are available for those who want to exercise with friends. Highly recommend!! :)
