Contact Information
For inquiries, membership information, or to schedule an appointment, Punch HIIT Lab North Haven can be reached by phone at (203) 694-0046 or by mobile at +1 203-694-0046. The physical address is 117 Washington Ave, North Haven, CT 06473, USA. It is important to note, however, that recent customer reviews have highlighted significant issues with communication. Members have reported difficulties in reaching staff by phone, email, and social media, particularly when trying to address membership concerns or receive updates on gym closures. This lack of responsiveness is a critical factor to consider when evaluating this business. Prospective members are advised to be persistent in their communication attempts and to seek clear confirmation of all policies and scheduling before committing to a membership.
What is worth choosing
When considering Punch HIIT Lab North Haven for your fitness needs in Connecticut, the decision rests heavily on your priorities. The facility's core offering of high-intensity classes like Kickboxing, Boxing, and HIIT is undoubtedly appealing for those who prefer an energetic and challenging workout routine. The availability of diverse classes, including TRX Pilates and personal training, means that members can find a program that suits their goals. The location is convenient, and the free parking is a definite plus. For active military members, the discount is a notable incentive. However, the feedback from real customers cannot be overlooked. The reviews consistently point to significant issues with the business's management, communication, and professionalism. Reports of reduced class offerings, unannounced cancellations, and unresponsive staff are serious concerns that impact the value of a membership. As one reviewer noted, the lack of communication, even for a significant event like a two-week closure, is "completely unprofessional" and a reason not to recommend the business. Another potential member's experience with a free trial highlights disorganization and an "indifferent" attitude from staff, which can be a major turn-off. While the fitness services themselves may be enjoyable, the broader experience of being a member seems to be fraught with challenges. Ultimately, a fitness center's value is not just in its classes but also in its reliability and customer service. For local users in Connecticut, it is crucial to weigh the appeal of the unique workouts against the reported difficulties in communication and service consistency before making a choice.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I signed up for an unlimited membership about 7 months ago and although I enjoyed the classes, I have decided to cancel my membership at this time. Services have been declining over the past few months and the monthly price is too expensive for the quality we were receiving - less class offerings, shorter class times, and canceled classes without notice. Further, there was an announcement made only on Instagram that the gym will be closed for the next two weeks to deal with the staffing issues. There was no email, phone call, or posts on any other website or social media to communicate this decision. I have been trying to contact someone by phone, email, and Instagram for days now to discuss my membership moving forward and have not received any response. The lack of communication and follow up is completely unprofessional therefore I would not recommend this business to anyone.
March 19 · Victoria BauerI signed up for the 7-day free trial at Punch HIIT Lab on 5/3/25 and received a text from “Anna” encouraging me to come in that same day. I replied immediately confirming I could attend the 9:30 AM class and also called—no responseStill eager to give it a try, I showed up at 9:25 AM. The front desk staff informed me that first-time visitors are required to arrive 30 minutes early. That critical detail was nowhere in the text I received. The staff was indifferent, and I was turned away at the door with no solution or accountability. This entire experience reflects disorganization, poor communication, and a lack of professionalism. Businesses like this should not be advertising free trials if they can’t handle the basics of customer engagement. Time is valuable—don’t waste yours here unless you enjoy being ignored and dismissed.
May 03 · Sandy ChocanoThey're so unprofessional and deceitful. When I first started, I joined because of an ad on Instagram that said it would be a 1 month trial. I went and they convinced me to join for 1 year BUT wasn't told that it would mean the 1 month was over. They didn't explain that part at all. I was under the impression I had 1 full month without commitment and my 1 year would officially begin at the end of that month. Soon, I realized I couldn't come in anymore. So I made sure to call BEFORE the 1 month was over just to be told that I'm committed for one year and it's $500 to cancel the membership. So finally, I decided I was going to cancel it and I've been calling and calling their main line (like multiple times a day) for the past week or so, NO ANSWER. I finally texted, and the person that replied to me told me to email them. I explained I want to do this over the phone and 2 days later, still NO answer. I'm so disappointed and just really aggravated and upset because they're fully aware the longer they take to answer me, the more I'll have to pay off with them. They're thieves and it's really sad that this is how they are considering what they do. They're supposed to help people with their fitness goals, not steer them from them. I will NOT be recommending this place to anybody. Just FYI today is Tuesday. The last text message I received is from Sunday.Edit: I sent them an email on that day, and it's been 3 days still NO response.
May 09 · s aLove the classes at Punch Kings North Haven! You don’t stop moving once that first bell rings until the end of class and it is an awesome calorie burning workout that can be modified for all fitness levels. Coaches are super friendly and helpful in explaining and demonstrating the punches, kicks, and combos so that you are getting the maximum benefit from class without getting injured. Special shout out to coaches Gab and Kara who have been with me throughout my fitness journey the past 5 years and have supported me and helped me make gains in kickboxing. Also love all the members who make the classes so much fun!
June 25 · Michelle BossAll it took was one class at Punch King Fitness to fall in love with kickboxing. Staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!!
