I love the variety and how I am able to be challenged each and every session. What's great is that you can come in as a first- timer and get A great workout. Kim is an excellent teacher and helps everyone from beginner to expert, young to old, great shape to “beginning the journey again” shape adapt the workout to meet your needs. Since getting out of school, I’ve added TRX and Barre to the Beat to my weekly list. I’m hooked!!! Both Kim and Julie are phenomenal instructors and my body has gotten so much stronger and flexible in a very short time! And it’s so fun!! Using the Reformer feels like you’re on a fun ride and you don’t even realize how hard your body is working!!! Definitely check out a class!

She always makes us laugh and have fun. The music for barre class is also motivating. When you leave Pulse, your whole body knows you've worked out!!
