★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1The Sweat and Reset class on Fridays with Kathryn is a great class-it DEFINITELY lives up to its name!! A lot of great core work along with yoga….
May 30 · Maureen MarkaseI went to the 0915 Sunday class 7/2/2023 and it was great. The teacher/co owner was awesome. She kept a really nice steady demeanor that allowed for me to find stillness in my poses and in my mind. You could tell she was very experienced and I appreciated her professionalism. Even though the class was 75 minutes it flew by and I left feeling energized not exhausted. I hope I get to practice with the people at Pulsation yoga again. It was a great experience!
July 03 · Don SullivanThis is really an amazing studio. Every class I walk out of makes me feel wonderful. It is great for your body AND mind. Stress gone, just a great way to feel. All teachers that I have had have been so knowledgeable, with absolutely no judgment. Plus, the people in the classes are just friendliness. I have almost been here a year, and I still look forward to each class.
January 08 · Debbie GorsonWonderful yoga place. They made us feel very welcome and comfortable for the first time visiting. They provided blocks and other tools. Will definitely return!
May 08 · Larry MartinI've been to Pulse three times for the All Levels class with Susan on Sundays. I've really enjoyed all of the classes. As someone who has practiced yoga for years, I think Susan does a great job with how she leads and explains and the way she incorporates a nice variety of moves. Susan's cues have helped me to adjust and improve many of my own poses that I've been practicing for years. Each time, I have left feeling relaxed and recharged. Highly recommend for anyone looking to get into yoga or expand their practice!
