Robyn is the most special person I’ve ever worked with throughout all my fitness endeavors! I have dealt with all types of different pain throughout my body, from chronic to acute, and no one is better at addressing my issue. She is so attentive and thoughtful to each client’s need. Not to mention patient when my brain and body sometimes just don’t cooperate! She also is so creative in coming up with exercises I don’t think anyone else has attempted—and why I maintain she should be franchised! I started working with her a few years ago when I was working in Atlanta and fell in love with her and her method so much I continue to do weekly zooms with her. She is irreplaceable and has completely changed my life.

She is also focused and will ask that give it your all in every session.Further, as someone with chronic back issues, I can attest to her ability to effectively modify moves to address one’s limitations, and also to her understanding of how to strengthen the body to help mitigate those limitations.Proof Pilates is an absolutely gorgeous studio — light, spacious, well-equipped, and designed to support her students and their training. December 28 · Thao VoI started working with Robyn just over a year ago when I had 3 physicians recommending back surgery for a ruptured disc in my back. With her guidance and expertise, I was not only able to avoid surgery but I feel better and more flexible/strong than at any point of my life. I truly view her as more of a physical therapist than a trainer and she has given me the confidence to overcome a very long injury history that spans back to a long althletic career. She takes the time to understand your history and unique mechanics and customizes workouts to target your area of focus. I can not recommend Proof Pilates enough!
