I came here looking for a place to really focus on strength training, which is often overlooked at other gyms, and this place delivers. The coaches put a strong emphasis on proper form and push you to exceed your own expectations in the best way.Reese’s classes are a personal favorite—I always leave feeling energized and ready to take on the day. One of the features I really appreciate is the TV screens that replay the exercises. I can’t think when I work out, so having that visual reminder helps me stay focused and in the zone without overthinking. It’s exactly what I need to reach my goals.

I have been with Project Trnsfrm for a little over two months now and I could not be more happy with my progress and results in just two months! I don’t think I’ve ever been more excited to workout than I now do! The trainers, atmosphere, as well as the other people in the group bring so much positivity and energy, lifting each other and motivating one another throughout the classes makes you want to keep coming and showing up! The trainers are more than happy to help you in any aspect you are struggling with and are there to help you be a better version of yourself no matter how fast, slow, heavy or light you need to start or go! They will continue to push you for as much as they know you can do so you are giving your 100% even if you don’t have 100% to give. Coming into small group training was intimidating as someone who only has worked out in commercial gyms, however the friendliness, welcoming and the immediate want to help I received from the amazing trainers made me get comfortable and has made me want to continue to come everyday! Not only has my progress physically motivated me to show up but my progress mentally has also made me want to keep showing up, not for the sake of just going to the gym but to show up for myself knowing that it’s all apart of the process of being a better version of myself, all thanks to Project Trnsfrm! Again, words could not describe how incredibly amazing Project Trnsfrm is nor how grateful I am that I walked through those doors and wanted to continue to come back!
