Her mantras help me get into the correct head space not only for the class but for the week ahead.As a person who enjoys a good sweat, I love the heated room. Be sure to bring a full water bottle so you can hydrate yourself during class and a towel to dry yourself at the end.

Hopefully that gives you a sense of the vibe.I've been attending classes at this studio for a little over a year now, and this has become an absolute essential part of my life. Yes, I feel so much stronger. My body can do things at 44 that I couldn't do at 24 or 34. But I also feel healthier and more balanced, more resilient. There are classes for all levels and different styles of practice, but no matter which one I've walked into I just always feel this sense of goodness. I feel good to be in my skin. To do something good for my body and my mind. To take the time and just be present.

There are a variety of classes and teaching styles, and they do a great job of mixing it up and trying new things, while keeping a consistent schedule of favorites. They keep the workouts at a perfect pace—challenging yet incredibly effective. I've noticed some positive changes in myself since I started.
