★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1You can catch the owners checking you in, doing the laundry and restocking the refreshments at 6am or 8pm. I think that says a lot about the foundation of this business. The staff loves working there and you can tell the second you come out of the very slow elevator (which is out of Practice Room's control, just take a second to breathe). The classes are well cued and toasty. Unisex showers are available and clean. Cheat code is to get the one in a stall on the West side (right hand side). 10/10 recommend sweating here.
July 30 · Nicole HarknessObsessed with the practice room is an understatement!! All of the instructors are incredible and have a different style and routine, the vibes are immaculate, the space is super clean and well organized. Candice's hot sculpt or any of Leilani's classes are my favoriteeee
May 14 · Riddhi KashyapI came into the studio in person to inquire about classes because I’ve had this place saved for a while and was really interested in trying it. Unfortunately, the front desk receptionist was not professional or welcoming. I told her I was here to learn more about the studio, but instead of giving me helpful information, I felt like I had to pull answers out of her — like I was spoon-feeding her with basic questions. When I asked about pricing and classes, she just told me it was all available online to check it out and didn’t offer anything more. It’s part of the receptionist’s job to be friendly, informative, and make newcomers feel welcome — especially when someone walks in genuinely interested. I had this place saved to try and was excited to check out the studio and get more information, but now I’m just sad and not even sure if I want to try it anymore. Maybe I’ll give it a shot and hope there will be a better trained front desk.
