Nothing but great things to say about this gym! I’m really here for the Barbell Club, and more specifically, Coach Jay. I live across town and drive in just to see and work with him every week, and will continue to do so until my weightlifting career is over. Jay is an incredibly knowledgeable coach, but also just an incredible person. Having a bad lifting day? He will sit down and break it down with you. Having a great lifting day? He will celebrate your accomplishments as if they are his own. I can’t thank you enough for the time and energy you’ve invested in me as an athlete, and I look forward to many more years of working together! Thanks, Jay & PSC. - Madeline Valenzuela
