Super good Planet Fitness! The manager is great, this place is clean and the equipment is in good shape. I travel a lot, and very few PF are kept this nice.Most of the employees are very nice and the manager makes sure the place is clean. I'm hoping they can be opened 24 hours soon.Been going there for about a year and a half and it's still nice!Still going strong. They have a personal trainer now too!I don't like going there in the evenings as it smells like skunk piss from all the growers going in there after work.

The goodReasonable price very clean facility open 24 hours most of the week for those who work 2nd 3rd shift they have improved with being there on time for the eRky birds and night owlsThe bad it seems quite often that there is hot water to take showers issue this is a frequent things that many have complained about on a regular basis. Should stay up on that it may be a city or location thing but who likes taking cold showers really Updated new equipment would be a nice added touch, would also be nice to have 2 3 trainers on staff there at all times one per shift one male and female hire people that want to work seems like a high turnaroundAir is stake dry maybe new air system or improvements. Be awAre of loitering and homeless that hang around the parking lot areAThe ugly the employees mean well however some are rude to include Jay,Who seems like he's always having a bad day,doesn't like to answer questions ,lack of knowledge of equipment ,and it services offered is alarming, the way they treat and act towards female employees is questionable, lots of flirting , black membership changes are odd checking in name last 4 to use chairs tanning beds etc, cashless No variety of drinks no coffee energy drinks snacks like other gyms offer. Also the fact that anyone can just wAlk in is a security safety issue should be addressed maybe a member pass access for after hours??Overall I give it a 4Alot better over all since they opened almost a 360 turn around course well see how winter goes4 stars because location price for members is decent and 24 hours but could do a little better I am sure they are working on these issues though .Always room for improvement

I got a feedback email a month ago, and I gave my local PF a 10 out of 10; but I mentioned 3 things that could be improved. And guess what, a month later, the 3 items seem to have been addressed. Could be coincidental, but if not, I'm very pleased!Just so you know, the 3 items were: one, the water wasn't hot since last Fall. The next day, it was hot again; two, there were only 24 of the large 45lb plates. Since there are 4 Smith machines, that each need 4 plates, and one incline leg press that should have 12 plates, I figured there should be 28 total. Add 2 plates for those who like to do farmer carries, and there should be 30 large plates. There were only 24. Well, this week, they added 3 machines that can use plates, a hack squat, a bench, and a calf raise. And, they now have 44 of the large 45lb plates! Yay! That was probably the biggest issue that has been completely addressed!Lastly, there were rain drains that emptied right at the door entry, that usually expelled seagull feathers, and other disgusting debris. Yech. I'm not completely sure, but they may have put screens in the drain to eliminate that issue, but I'm not completely sure. If they have, that's also great!And for those who haven't been, this is a relatively new, clean, bright facility. Highly recommended. Much much better than the old facility.

In the past two weeks, planet Fitness and their new employees have harassed me; the first occurrence was with Erin, who accused me of denying to take my photo for my membership when I scanned my card in mind you I have been going to this gym for years and never seen his lady until now. I told them I took a photo last year, and she continued to be rude. Later in the day, she followed me to the area where I was working out and then began harassing two other girls using the smith machine that was next to the one, I was using.Today, I came in to transfer my gym membership to a different location and was told a manager had to do that. Q, who was at the desk, became defensive after I said I also needed to switch my payment information, and he said you can do it online on the app and began to ignore me after I stated it wasn’t working, which is another reason I came in. He started to argue with me after I asked a simple billing question, saying that I start issues there when he and Erin were the ones who harassed me at the gym last week over a picture. He threatened me and said they record and see everything that goes on and told me to leave now, and said he was going to call someone.I have been coming to this gym for years and never had any issues until they hired new people, and from what I see, the only person who does anything regarding cleaning is Justin with the long hair; the rest of the workers stand around texting and sitting on the desk counter judging the people that come in. Erin especially likes to lean on the counter, as shown below, after she harassed me during my visit here, claiming to be the assistant manager when I asked to speak to a manager or given a corporate number to call about the issue. This place has gone downhill over the past few months; if this does not get resolved immediately, I will be seeking legal counsel about the harassment and discrimination I was subjected to. I have several friends who go here who can attest to the different levels of treatment they receive compared to the terrible levels of treatment they have given me recently.If you do not like the job or profession you signed up for, you should not take it out on the customers asking for help when it's in your job description to help and provide customer service while you are there. I will not recommend anyone to this gym if this is how they will treat people; it could be why the old staff that were kind and cheerful left. I would give this place half a star if it were an option; I am incredibly disappointed.
