My goals were simple: 1) regain strength and 2) develop a routine again. Scott helped me ease back in to working out, develop a better eye on form to avoid injury, and accommodates my schedule so I can come in consistently. 5 weeks in, I feel stronger, more energized, and to my surprise, already more motivated with goals that continue to evolve.Scott is also a very kind, respectful, encouraging person who truly cares about his clients, which makes all the difference after recovering from illness.
