pilatibodi 106 Reviews
Finally, I found a studio that offers reformer classes! This location just opened @ 106th & Bway. I have taken two classes so far and they were both GREAT.The instructors, Laura and Amanda are extremely knowledgeable, always watching to make sure you have proper form, slightly adjusting your movement and helping you engage correctly with your body. For those who have never taken reformer classes or haven’t taken a class in a while like me – you are in good hands. And for thoses that take reformer classes all the time – I can’t imagine you’re getting a workout like this. It almost feels like a private lesson. The classes were fun and rewarding all at the same time.Lastly, for what you are getting - the price point is spot on! AND they are currently offering a WELCOME PRICE for the first 5 sessions. Pretty sweet.I highly recommend this place.
August 08 · Janice MulcahyFirst time for Pilates for me. I am a marathon runner and spinner and have tried many kinds of exercise programs over years. What a great experience! Laura had great energy and super encouraging and helpful cues. I felt so good afterwards. It’s harder than I thought and works your entire body. I’ll be back.
August 25 · Jim MaffezzoliNice, new studio. Instructor is very professional and systematic. The reformer classes here are more difficult (in a good way) than those in other UWS studios.
October 04 · Sheqi ZhangWonderful, small class with an instructor who pays close attention to small details of both beginning and advanced students. Amanda was great! Highly recommended.
October 15 · Yael MaschlerBeautiful space, brand new equipment and wonderful teacher! I highly recommend.
