Best Pilates studio bar none. The instructor Jenise is an absolute dynamo. Full of energy and enthusiasm. Incredible knowledge of Pilates and how it can help your daily life be pain free. Prior to attending her studio classes, I was always tight and stiff but since joining her class, I'm more energetic and have started riding a bicycle again. I'm 59 but feel like a much younger and more flexible man! Pilates was created by a man and more men should find out about the benefits of Pilates. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Not only is she meticulous about form throughout the class, her ques have helped me bring Pilates into my day to day life as well. I’ve never felt this strong in my core and I am mindful about my posture throughout my day. Jenise always keeps her classes fun and catered to what I want to work on.
