I love that the classes offered are not just reformer pilates classes, but cardio focused classes as well, such as boxing, boot camp and TRX. The owner of the studio really cares about her members, as do the instructors and staff. They've done an excellent job of creating a community where I've also become friends with other members. I am still a pretty inflexible person, but because of Pilates Proworks West Loop, I can touch my toes and beat most people in plank competitions. =)

No matter what level of fitness you're at, they have classes for everyone! and it's a total body workout each class. I love Bootcamp and Matbox with Rachel. She makes you WORK and gives each person feedback in an encouraging positive way. She's the best instructor I've ever had and Thanks to her I can already see a difference in my upper body strength and tone. Chelsea the manager is very knowledgeable and friendly and took the time to answer all of my questions about membership and pricing. Shaun at the front desk is a genuinely sweet person, everyone there wants you to succeed in your fitness goals and makes you feel like you can. You will not regret trying this place out!
