This was my very first pilates class and it could not have gone better! The instructor, I believe her name is Patrice, was incredibly helpful and really took her time to explain everything to me, she made the class so much fun! It is an incredibly intimate class, which is exactly what I was looking for. The workout itself was amazing, even though it was my first time she did not go easy on me which i'm so grateful for. I can't wait to be back!
