Now I am a young 81 year old woman, still a member of Pilates by Mona. There must be a very good reason why Mona retains so many faithful members for so many years!!! Here is the reason.Mona is extremely dedicated to her trade, and that is the reason why at the age of 81 I am strong, fit and walk with a straight posture. Her exercises work the entire body, the equipment in her studio is state of the art. The studio is very, very clean and comfortable.One very important part of our exercises is that we have a very good time while working out. Our brains also get a great work out through laughter and the endorphins keep us in a wonderful mood. We get a complete work out and feel great at the end of the classes.Please contact Mona and become a part of Pilates by Mona. She is, without a doubt, the best instructor I have ever had. it is also very important to mention something else about Mona, who keeps us taking her classes year, after year...!!!She is wonderful human being!Make up your mind and be good to yourself. I love that there are never more than 4 people in a class, so she can watch and correct positioning to make sure we get the best and safest results. She is also able to know the levels of each individual to tailor correctly to each persons needs. I am 75 and mostly wanted to increase my strength and balance issues to halt and improve my posture and stop any future risk of falling. I’m only 7 or 8 classes in, but am feeling improvement in my strength, balance and flexibility. I can’t imagine that there is a better instructor out there than Mona.

What I love the most is the boutique studio vibe as well, she can really focus on what you need and the correct positions.I fell in love with the class so much I went from one day to three. Looking forward to my next class!
