I came to her a few months postpartum with back and leg pain and a very weak core. She met me exactly where I was physically and working together over the past two months I already feel soooo much better! She is super detail oriented and focused on understanding the root cause of the problem and helping you fix it during the session and with homework. I always look forward to our sessions.
