The instructors are great- the classes are fun and always evolving. If you are a beginner, they will make sure that you are comfortable and understand the structure of the class. You will definitely get a tough workout, but you are always welcome to go at your own pace. The price for an unlimited membership is very affordable considering the quality of the classes and variety of equipment.They also offer one-on-one personal training and small group training. I’ve been training with Jerry for a little over a year and I’ve seen a huge improvement in both my strength and my form. I went in with a previous knee injury, and he’s made sure to tailor my training program so I can efficiently work out while minimizing my knee pain. All of the trainers are highly qualified and will take their time to craft your training program so that you’ll see results. It’s also fun!The facility is very spacious, clean, and well-kept. They are always getting new equipment to improve client experience. They recently opened a wellness and recovery studio, and began offering reformer Pilates classes. The owners are super friendly and have created a very welcoming community!!

From the classes, equipment, and staff- Genna and Pete have created a welcoming environment and culture to reach your goals. I attend 3-4 classes a week and personal train with Madi…who is not just an amazing trainer, but awesome person! All the classes are great, my favorites are Sweat, Power, Tread, and Uppercut.
