Peak Potential Fitness specializes in a highly personalized approach to training that is a stark contrast to large, commercial gyms. The services are not a one-size-fits-all solution; they are built from the ground up to fit your unique life, goals, and needs. The core of their offering is personal training, which is a truly collaborative process. It begins with a one-to-one consultation to understand your background, goals, and lifestyle. This comprehensive approach considers everything from nutrition and sleep to past injuries and current limitations, which are all foundational elements for fitness progress. Based on this, a fully customized program is created, delivered via an online tracking system, and adjusted weekly based on your progress. The remote coaching option also ensures that their expertise is available to clients who may not be able to train in person. The focus on functional fitness and strength training ensures that the workouts are not just about aesthetics but about building a strong, capable body that can perform well in everyday life and sport.
- Personal training: Highly customized one-on-one and remote coaching sessions that include a comprehensive consultation and a personalized fitness program tailored to your specific needs and goals.
- Functional Fitness: Training that focuses on building strength, mobility, and stability to perform daily activities with greater ease and efficiency.
- Personalized Fitness: A bespoke program designed for each individual, taking into account their unique background, goals, and physical resources.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I have trained with David both remote and in person for several years now, and I honestly couldn’t speak more highly of him. Having worked with trainers for over 15 years and been one myself for nearly 8 I’ve spent a lot of time working with as well as alongside coaches. David is easily one of the most knowledgeable, dedicated, and experienced fitness professionals I’ve ever had the privilege to train with. He inspires me to not only to be the best version of myself as an athlete but also as a coach. If you ever have the opportunity to work with him, I strongly recommend you take it.
February 14 · Lexie FrenzI started working with David in-person in 2016, and he's been my remote coach since 2018. That's a few years, and it's tough to wrap up all the good stuff in a review. He's been outstanding since day 1. David brings professionalism, background, focus, drive, motivation...all the good stuff you want in a coach. He also brings understanding, perspective, support, humor...all the good stuff you want in a friend. David has been super flexible with planning in my case; I was using a very pared down home gym for years (pre-covid), and he managed to structure variety and function into the workouts so that I remained interested and invested in the fitness process. I've also come to him with a fair number of injuries, and his workouts have been essential in getting back to health. Often his reassurances and patience have kept me going in those rehab modes when I'm sure I would have dropped off otherwise. I'm grateful for the training and the relationship. I highly recommend getting connected with David if you're looking for a coach.
March 16 · Halvor TwetoI've worked out in more than 10 different gyms in the past 30 years and PPF is head and shoulders above them all. The major reason: very close personal attention to your needs and goals. You get it at the very beginning from a thorough assesment that dictates how your tailored program will evolve. And you get it at every workout because the trainers are always on the floor to answer your questions and to show you how to perform the prescribed exercises. And then they watch you to be sure your form is true. Since the gym limit for any given hour is 10 clients, you don't have to compete for attention from the trainers. I was approached any number of times for a productive correction. In my past experience with other gym trainers, I would the hours I needed to learn a new routine. The hours were distributed over a few weeks and in between those sessions I was left on my own. The result was my ability to maintain form drifted over time and the limited moves I learned could not evolve and adapt to changes in my body.At PPF I worked out 3 or 4 times a week and each day was different and designed to take into account my experience from previous sessions. At the end of the first month I was definitely stronger and the strengthened muscles did just what I had hoped for - stabilized my knees and hips in a way that it made it comfortable for me to move under normal circumstances with grace and ease and comfort. The amount of attention I received and the expertise of the trainers comes at a cost. PPF is not inexpensive. I didn't really care. I was convinced early on that the investment in the future of my body was well worth it.
June 10 · Joel ForemanI absolutely love this gym! Dave & Leddy are amazing trainers/coaches. The workouts are personalized and they make sure you get the most out of them by ensuring proper execution. It took me awhile to find the perfect fit, but once I found Peak Potential, I was extremely impressed. I would definitely recommend this gym whether you are new to working out or experienced.
March 15 · Brooke ThompsonPeak Potential is a phenomenal gym. Both Dave and Leddy are great coachs, and have been encouraging through all the highs and lows of my injury recovery. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone, they do a great job designing work outs that are completely individual. Sad to say goodbye to them as I am moving, the gym has almost become a second family.
