I did a free consult with Irvin, and we agreed I wasn’t ready yet to keep up in group classes so we’ve just been doing 1:1 sessions to get me in shape for the past month. I appreciate the holistic approach and the discussion around what I could be doing outside of the gym whether it’s about food or home exercise. The facility itself is always clean and has a variety of equipment, so I’m not doing the same thing over and over. Looking forward to group classes to experience the gym in another way.

I’ve been attending her evening classes for a little over 6 months and they have literally been a game changer . My job can be very stressful and I can’t express how much these classes have helped me with that. I genuinely look forward to the workouts and wish I had started here sooner. Not only are her classes super affordable, but they’re for anyone, at any level. Her evening classes consists of all women at varying levels who are absolutely amazing and so supportive! I’ve never felt so comfortable working out in my life. Alexa is also so encouraging and never makes you feel bad for not knowing how to do a specific technique/exercise. You can tell she’s passionate about fitness and is genuinely happy to help guide/support you.
