I decided to try out Pallas on a whim and have been enjoying it ever since. The coaches are great, the environment is welcoming, and I’ve gotten even stronger and healthier in the short time that I’ve been a part of CrossFit Pallas. 10/10 would recommend.

Within a week or so I knew I had found the promised land. That was in 2013, and I have loved being a part of this wonderful community ever since. Talented, caring coaches and an inspiring and supportive group of fellow members make this fitness experience stand out. My time at CrossFit Pallas truly is “the best hour of my day,” and I would encourage ANYONE who wants to move better and be a better human to give it a try. Regrets? Sure: that CrossFit wasn’t a thing when I was 20 and that I didn’t join CrossFit Pallas until a few months after they opened. Don’t wait!
