Great staff, tons of plate loaded equipment for all body parts, 2 dumbbell sections from 3lbs-160lbs high Ceilings with sky lights that add a nice lighting and natural feel, 24 hour access with key card, multiple personal trainers to choose from, large facility with 2 rooms to choose from, great variety of cardio equipment, including stair climbers, parachute treadmills, regular treadmills, ellipticals, and a great Jacobs ladder for a fantastic full body anaerobic burn, large yoga room with lots of heavy bags, a large spin class room, and depending on the time, as all gyms, the businesses will vary but enough equipment to accommodate all with no issues. When I personally went we had basically the whole gym to ourselves. Overall I had a wonderful experience and would recommend this facility to anyone and Everyone to accommodate all goals! If you want a GREAT workout this is the gym for you!!!
March 25 · William SienerthGreat Gym. Equipment is old, but gold. As in, it is quality equipment from some great brands that are no longer in production- and others still going strong.I don't know why someone said machines were in disrepair. Everything works fine, machines smooth, and you can get good quality work.It is definitely a lifters gym, with a family feel. Great for those who want to take their fitness into their own hands- or even are serious and want to achieve their bodybuilding aspirations.Dumbbells are upwards of 160lbs.Good Nautilus machines, Hammer Strength, Life Fitness, Paramount, etc.If you want new and shiny, this isn't that.If you want functional and quality- it is.I stopped in for a visit and instantly signed up. I live half an hour away and plan to travel to utilize this facility- even told the wife all about it upon first use.Highly impressed. There is healthy traffic, but, it wasn't crowdedCardio wasn't overly filled (but, I go mid to late afternoons), and it wasn't a cooch and booty show. They've done a great job with the environment, and with putting the facility together. The only gym I've been to with all of the machines that I ideally would use during a back training session. Also, there's a daycare nearby and an Asian Bistro. Ample ability to clean and keep clean all machinery.I've said too muchI've said more than enough
October 16 · fatboitino2Nice hometown gym, not busy, silver sneakers and other programs nice people
June 09 · Terry WilliamsEquipment is old and in disrepair. You can actually hurt yourself on it if you're not careful. The incline bench I was using jumped a hole and the weight fell on me. Plus the free weights are randomly scattered though the gym so you have to forage for what you need. The walking isles are setup poorly. You can easily bust your hand while on a mission to collect plates to carry back to the Olympic bench. Save your money for a better place but if you live in imperial I guess you're options are limited
September 21 · CastorVery clean gym staff is very respectful and helpful. I wanted a day pass to try out the gym and the young man showed me around to the different rooms of the gym and was very helpful.
