★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I enjoyed my experience at this location so much that I got an unlimited membership! I love the instructors and classes they offer, some are more relaxing with deeper stretching and some are more rigorous and challenging. I especially love Sarita’s classes because of how encouraging she is and how she demonstrates very clearly all the poses. The facility itself is very nice and cozy, they offer everything you need and I especially like how the place isn’t so big that the classes feel overwhelming. Love to be part of their community and looking forward to more things they will offer in the future! Would highly recommend anyone to try this studio out.
January 06 · Jasmin NguyenI love this studio! It’s clean, comfortable, and they have mat/equipment cleansers as well as the equipment you may need itself - blocks, weights and resistance bands. Most of my classes are with Sarita and Lily, and I adore them. They both give helpful tips for the workout or yoga session, and are extremely welcoming, motivating, and kind. I love seeing them a few times per week. This studio doesn’t only have yoga classes, but other fitness classes as well in a heated infrared studio. The classes are suited for any intensity level from beginners to well practiced folks. They kick my butt in the best way! The membership is so worth it, you should definitely check out this studio!
December 27 · Leila HalabiI’ve been attending Oxygen Yoga Studio for a couple weeks now, and I can honestly say it’s become my favorite place to practice yoga. The studio is small and cozy, which I actually love because it makes it easier to connect with the instructor and truly focus on the practice. The space is always warm and immaculately clean, which adds to the overall calming and welcoming atmosphere. The instructors are top-notch and truly know what they’re doing. Every class feels well-structured, and they guide you step-by-step through each pose. I’ve especially enjoyed Sarita’s classes—her technique is fantastic. She has a calm, methodical approach that ensures every movement is deliberate and stretches the right muscles. Sarita’s attention to detail and the way she slowly builds up the flow makes each class both challenging and restorative at the same time.If you’re looking for a supportive, well-maintained, and professional studio with instructors who really care about your practice, I highly recommend Oxygen Yoga.
November 05 · Elena Nicolae SerjantOkay I’m not sure what my expectations were, but Oxygen Yoga & Fitness WAYYY exceeded them. The facilities were super clean, the infrared was hot, the music was bumpin, the instruction was clear, and the workout was challenging, but restorative. It was honestly like a more-intentional Barry’s class. And I love the variety of classes they have, so you can do whatever you’re in the mood for. Should have known it’d be good since it’s Canadian🙄
September 25 · Kaitlin McTagueExcellent! Went to Sarita’s Abs/ Butt Burn class (or something like that) and I loved it! I have a ClassPass so I go all over. It was definitely worth the drive to Bellevue. It was perfect. There was a lot of parking. The vibes were immaculate. The lighting was great. The instructor was so wonderful. She was kind and efficient and really knew what she was doing. She flawlessly moved from yoga instruction to weightlifting instruction. I think that’s hard to do cause a lot of instructors specialize in one or the other. She gave really great instructions in both. The class is very challenging, but I love that there were folks of all fitness abilities. Folks at different places in their fitness journey were all pushing themselves and having a good time. The music was great as well. It’s really hard to find a good yoga studio that has all the things about yoga studio that I love. Lots of different kinds of classes. Weight classes on top of traditional yoga classes. Heat but not too hot yet still challenging. Cleanliness. Diversity in every way (gender, age, and everything else). This studio has it all. I’m so glad they opened up!
