I’ll say it was the best decision I made not only am I feeling the strongest I ever have. But I have made a community where I feel accepted and welcomed. There were so many aspects of pregnancy that I learned in our classes from pelvic floor health, delivery, navigating the ins and outs, ups and downs of being pregnant, and of course, learning/practicing yoga poses that were safe and helpful during pregnancy! It is a truly special place. I don't know what I would have done without it! And I highly recommend it for all pregnant mommas to be.
