★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I did two classes here during my holiday in New York and loved it! I was made to feel welcome by the front desk people and shown around - clean bathrooms with showers too, which I used after each workout. Special thanks to Laura for her high-energy class and no BS approach.
September 29 · Melanie RalphFound this on class pass and glad I checked it out. Probably on the hardest boxes class I took but it was fun! You will sweat a lot and feel amazing afterwards; the instructor was amazing
May 27 · Garima GautamSuch a cool vibe! I took a class on Saturday morning at 10:15am and there were around 20 other people in the class, a good mix of girls and guys. The studio had multiple floors and the class was in the basement. The locker room was on the 2nd floor, but bring your own lock for it. Overall liked the studio and the class.
March 11 · Martina RusevaI started coming here about a month ago and now I’m a regular. From all fitness classes with the boxing concept that exist in NYC “Overthrow Boxing” is the most authentic one. Classes are fun, time flies when I’m in it. If you are a beginner I’d recommend to take a few private classes to learn the technique so you can practice it in the classes. Love this place.
March 08 · Anna LesunI took a class with Laura and she’s a great instructor. I liked how at the end she gave us a bit of a talk about mental health and it’s importance. But since it was my first boxing class, some parts went by a bit fast so I think it would be great if they have different classes based on levels such as beginners, intermediate or advanced (if they don’t already have that). Also i thought there would be less calisthenics exercises and more boxing exercises or partner drills.
