The health stats straight from your heart rate monitor help motivate and improve fitness levels. The energy of the instructors keep you moving, even when you feel like you can’t run or row another minute. Highly recommend!

Every time I walk in, I feel welcomed; but beyond that I feel like they want me there and they’re happy to see me!! The coaches are all phenomenal, but the front of house staff are equally amazing. Lizzie and her team really go above and beyond to help you with any “admin” questions and support.

I came in when the location opened having not consistently worked out in about 5 years to now consistently working out 5 days a week and feeling good about it! You can start at any level. The managers Lizzie and Karlie are so sweet and friendly Shay is an amazing head coach with some fire playlists! Every single coach I’ve had there was great thank you Shay, Cassie, Courtney, Jonathan, Risa, Parker, Maria, Jess, Krista, and Frankie for pushing me to be my best every class! And all the SAs are so warm and welcoming! I am so grateful that I signed up for the weird side of OTF!!
