Every time I enter and leave I’m addressed by my name by the girls at the front (Paige and Erin). Now let’s talk about the coaches…Carl is THE GOAT. His playlists are for everyone, he encourages you and pushes you to be the best. The studio supports everyone and you never feel inadequate whether you’re a walker, runner, biker, or injured. There is a place for anyone and everyone in their fitness journey at OTF Worthington.

January 28 · Joe B Bailey IIII’m 69 with various worn joints. OTF instructors, particularly Karl, always help me adapt when needed. I love how they mix up every session and motivate with music and coaching. The heart monitor gives me constant feedback that really motivates! I use it when I ride my bicycle. The monitor feedback has increased my average speed by 2mph! The monthly fee gets me there if nothing else. Haley always makes me feel welcome when I enter the studio. When I go see family in Denver I just go to the studio there!
