Every coach here is unique with each bringing their strengths in coaching. The studio is tidy, and the front desk has been helpful and friendly.

Workouts are always different and they have wonderful themes or challenges to do. Communications Hill location is convenient, lots of parking and their staff is friendly, helpful and so encouraging. The studio is always clean and feel safe.

September 07 · Lisa KennedyThe Staff at this location are very friendly and informative. On my first day they checked on me throughout the class to make sure I was ok. Most of the coaches are very good. Even if you are brand new and don’t understand everything going on, they have it posted on the board and screens so you can follow along and go at your own pace. They alternate the music and the coaches talk you through the class. The workouts vary every day so it’s not monotonous.The Atmosphere is clean, temperature is comfortable. They don’t use super bright fluorescent lighting, which I love. You get from it what you put in. Highly recommend for people on every fitness level.
