I rejoined this past month and love that it is easy to modify any of the exercises depending upon physical level. This has made re-entry so easy and it is exciting to see personal progress each week with higher speeds, more Watts, and heavier weights. I appreciate the soft orange lighting (somehow flattering!) and the great music mixes that you can’t find anywhere else. All the coaches are great! Special shout out to coaches BG and Amberly that have especially made this so much fun to get back in shape!!

The science behind their workout method really works, and with the heart rate monitor and app, I can track how many calories I burn, how far I run or walk, and of course, my splat points. Since joining, I’ve burned over 220,000 calories!The music is always on point and gets you pumped up—it seriously feels like being at a club, but instead of a drink in your hand, you’re holding a dumbbell. I love the strength class, where it’s all about lifting, but there are also other classes that combine treadmill running/walking and rowing. Every workout targets your entire body, and with new routines every day, you (and your muscles) never get bored.I always feel amazing after class and in general, with tons of energy (and I’m over 40!). The coaches are incredible, but Sam really stands out—she’s got so much energy and passion for what she does, and it’s contagious. If you’re thinking about joining, stop thinking and just do it! You won’t regret it.
