Coach Jen’s strength classes are the best — such good energy, and you leave feeling so strong! She always motivates me to lift heavier and challenge myself. Coach Casey, Adam, and Maggie have been my biggest cheerleaders — their support means everything. I genuinely look forward to every class!

The coaches are all so positive and motivating - and they have great playlists and energy to keep you going :) The workouts offer a great variety of exercises, which are challenging but doable. In a short amount of time, I can already feel a change in how I feel. So happy to have joined - I look forward to going and feel better when I leave!

I had done Orangetheory in Boston area, but was glad to switch my membership to here because OTF Poughkeepsie really goes above and beyond. All the coaches are high energy and high quality — Casey, Maggie, Jonell, Adam, Jess, Bianca, and Morgan and they are always doing fun member activities like glass after class, pickleball, 5ks, etc. can’t say enough good things about this place :) they have the new Y bells for the rowers and recently replaced the treadmills!
March 16 · Jen MiglioreArrived 3 minutes late to class. People at the front stated we would not be able to join the class, as you can only join within 5 minutes…so we should have been fine to join? However, apparently the instructor started the class a few minutes early, meaning we were not allowed to enter the room, or hop on the clearly empty treadmills which we had reserved. Don’t bother!

The workouts are always challenging, the staff are incredible- always greeting you as soon as you walk through the door, the coaches are incredibly motivating and explain the workouts flawlessly. The community is just the best!!! It’s a true family! I love OTF!!!
