I was overweight, unhappy, unmotivated, and basically miserable from that first day CHRISTINE and every coach has made me feel comfortable, guided me and helped me to achieve the best results I have ever had in any other work that I have ever done. I have many many injuries and Christine always walked me through another way a different way of doing something that helped me get through the workout. What an amazing establishment and my favorite part is seeing CHRISTINE every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday in New City. Thank you CHRISTINE for helping me for supporting me and for being such a huge cheerleader to all of us, I love you truly.❤️❤️

I’ve loved their energy and DIVERSE music playlists pumping us up in the morning! It’s nice bumping into familiar faces and building relationships along the way. Adding a later evening class during the week would make it even better!
