Orange theory takes the work of planning out of the equation for me which gives me no excuses to work out but only getting up and going there. It’s great.I love how everything is tracked so you can see your improvements on the app and emailed after every workout - which makes it exciting over time. Plus they change it up every workout to keep it new and on your toes.Lastly, the staff and coaches has been supportive and welcoming since day one.I found my home, and after so many years of trying working out and eventually quitting and starting new over and over again - I feel this is something that will stick and will stay to keep me healthy and happy in my life journey.
