I've seen photos from friends in their own local studios that have really shown a team despite an "individual" workout. It's one of the best workouts I've found. I show up early, check-in, visit with some folks, do my workout, and head home. Staff and other members are happy to see each other (and ask where you've been; is everything all right?).And regular self-competitions throughout the year are fun and motivating.
