Orange Theory in Rocky point has been such an amazing experience for me, both physically and mentally! The changes I have seen in the past three years are amazing.The workout templates are challenging and I think that’s what keeps me going back for more. Every workout is different and you get to make of it what you want. It’s a great mixture of high intensity workout and weigh training. And once you start seeing the results you just keep going back.The amazing coaches are always there to cheer you on and add a little bit of a challenge when you are up for it or give you modifications when needed. The community of members is unmatched. Every one is so sweet. Always there to cheer you on! The accountability between the coaches and the community has had a great impact on me as well.

I will definitely keep this location in mind for future visits ☺️UPDATE: I enjoyed my class yesterday so much I decided to attend a tornado 2g with coach Amy … and I’ve officially found the OTF I will be visiting every time I’m home for a visit!!
