You go in the door on the side of the road and park at the parking lot right next door. The coach Tiffany was energetic and encouraging throughout the whole process. I guess each day is different. I like how they provide you with the full experience for your first free session. You arrive 30 mins early and they give you a run down of all the classes. The music is pumping and it’s a hitt workout basically non stop moving. Class went by so fast. I haven’t signed up yet because I’m figuring out what exercises I want to do. They even donate old sneakers here as well. I recommend wearing athletic shoes. There’s strength training, water rowing and treadmill. They do bingo, raffles and challenges.I did ask about how cancelling works and if you want to cancel they need a 30 day notice.You can activate a membership online or over the phone as well.They have a 2 week promo if you want to try it out but i would recommend to cancel the day you sign up.They have lots of classes and variety of time blocks. Some people even go twice a day!
April 20 · Savannah ChrisI’ll admit, I was skeptical at first. My partner was going and kept bugging me to give it a try. I was mildly convinced it was a workout cult (it is but in the best way 😂). I tried one class and now I’m hooked. I attend 7-9 classes a week, often doing back to back classes. I go to more classes than my partner does! The coaches are incredible and always encourage everyone in the best ways possible. Alyssa, Tiff, Alexia, and Mike - you truly can’t go wrong! The front desk staff is awesome and helpful. They’ve always been kind and understanding when things come up. Joining otf is the best decision I ever made. (See some fun and progress from July when I joined to about December)
February 28 · Karissa PelletierI have been a member of the Orange Theory Fitness of Dearborn since May 2023. The coaches help with your form or give you a modified version of the exercise if need be. I enjoy the classes and love that my workout is pre planned I just have to show up and do my best. It’s you versus you and the workouts are definitely a great way to keep your body in motion .

I am the type who doesn’t mind having my workout plan set for me so I can just show up and work hard. The coaches are all great and bring their own vibe to the class. There is something for everyone. They have classes for runners and lifters (Strength/Tread 50). There is community here and makes showing up that much better!
