The coaches are incredible, encouraging, and walk through the process with you step by step even if you're a complete beginner like I was when I started Orangetheory a few weeks ago.Regina is my favourite coach, and I look forward to all of my classes with her. She makes my Mondays enjoyable. Regina brings an unmatched energy to every single workout,and it makes me want to push myself and try harder and she's very encouraging and demonstrates all the floor exercises for you before you do them. Her energy is infectious and makes the hour fly by.All the coaches are great and encouraging, but Regina is simply magnetic and energetic in a way that makes you want to come to class every week and give your 100%.

The workouts are great, they offer strength classes along with running on top of their normal training classes. It is a fantastic work out in an hour. The workouts are formatted by professionals and really help you get into great shape for cardio along with strength training. Great People, Great Place, Great workout.
