The coaches and staff are upbeat and motivating. They learn your fitness level and encourage you to push harder or lighten up. It's almost like having a personal trainer in a group setting. I love that anyone at any fitness level can join and thrive. Some days I push myself to the limit and other days I take it easy and recover. The beauty of orangetheory is that you can do that. I LOVE it.

After telling the associate she didn’t do anything about it and instead joined the class..

The Male staff member was extremely rude and made me feel bad for asking about why I would be charged more without prior notification. Instructor was kind but I won’t be going back - I’d recommend going to a different OTF.
