All of the staff that I have encountered are amazing, Connelly is The sweetest and always goes the extra mile to help. While I love all the coaches. Coach Nadine is the Truth! Nadine is very attentive and encouraging throughout the training. She corrects my form or give offer me an alternative way to complete the exercise. I have lost 9 lbs within my first month here.

I can’t never go back to a regular gym and deal with all that! Work outs are great. Kai is one my favorite bc he really works with you and ensuring proper posture, he challenges you with weights. Plus his music really vibes! All the coaches are great. Love the flexibility to take early classes before starting my day. I recommend Orange Theory to anyone that likes a good balanced workout 🏋️

My second class was with Kai and I did a strength training class and it was just what I needed to get motivated to do weights. Kai took the time to offer adjustments and weight recommendations. It’s an inclusive environment and newbie friendly. Excited for my next class later this week!
