Orangetheory Fitness offers a single, signature service that is built on a scientific foundation and delivered in a dynamic, one-hour group class. While the format is consistent, the workouts change daily, ensuring that you never hit a plateau and are always challenging your body in new ways. The core of the workout is Heart Rate-Based Interval Training, where you track your performance in real-time. The goal is to spend a targeted amount of time in the "Orange Zone," which is designed to supercharge your metabolism and produce the "afterburn" effect, where your body continues to burn calories at an accelerated rate for up to 24 hours after class. The workout is divided into three main components: treadmill, rowing, and strength training. Here are the services and what you can expect:
Signature 60-Minute Workout: Each class is a full-body workout that combines a mix of cardiovascular and strength training exercises. You'll switch between a treadmill, a rowing machine, and the weight room floor, using a variety of equipment like dumbbells, benches, and TRX straps.
Personalized Heart Rate Monitoring: Members are encouraged to wear a heart rate monitor that tracks their performance in real-time on screens throughout the studio. This data provides instant feedback and helps you adjust your effort to ensure you're training in the optimal zones for maximum results.
Expert Coaching: Every class is led by a certified coach who provides clear instructions, offers form corrections, and delivers continuous motivation to keep you engaged and pushing your limits safely.
Total-Body Focus: The workout is designed to build endurance, strength, and power. The constant variety ensures that you're working different muscle groups and cardiovascular systems with every class, leading to well-rounded fitness improvements.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Easily one of the best OTFs out there. I was a visiting member for 3 months while my husband and I were living away from home. And man I absolutely LOVED this studio and all the incredible coaches. Seriously, every single one of them is amazing. They're so engaged, helpful, motivating, and encouraging. And fun! I saw major improvements in just the 3 months I was at this studio. Can't recommend OTF Danvers enough!
August 13 · Kim SouzaGreat class! Absolutely loved that it was fast paced, not really any time for breaks. Most focused I've felt in a long time, and man did that hour go by fast (except for the treadmill piece of course, where the seconds feel like hours). Haven't had that type of a shock to the system in who knows how long. Coach Kristen was fantastic, motivating, kept everyone engaged in what was going on in the moment. She provided strong, simple, exact explanations for the exercises and what the next round was. Would definitely LOVE to work this into my fitness regimen as a complement when I'm more financially able. Keep up the great work. The environment is so welcoming and friendly, you're bound to go back! The front desk staff was just as warm and enthusiastic.
July 26 · Julia McQuadeThe workouts are pretty fun and they keep me engaged, excited and working hard for a full 60 minutes. I’m stronger because of them and my mental health has benefited as well. The music is always worthy of singing along and the coaches are fantastic!
January 09 · Jen MakiThis is my favorite place. The staff, the classes, and the members are wonderful. For over 4+ years this has been the place where I can go to escape the craziness of my everyday life. I’ve never been a dedicated gym member, mainly because I know that after a certain amount of time I can just leave. I like that the workout is different everyday. OrangeTheory pushes me to be the better version of myself. I also like that I can utilize my membership anywhere I travel, and I travel a lot for my work, so it’s nice that I’m still able to get my workout in while on the road.
August 21 · Tara ScangasI love the motivation from the coaches! Being in a group setting not only makes you feel more comfortable about working out but also knowing they will be there to help you out with modifications in case it’s needed. The workouts differ which makes you want to return over and over to see how you’ll be pushed and surpass your limits from one workout to the next!
