I absolutely loved it and I think it’s the best workout I’ve ever gotten. I’ve taken a couple other group fitness classes before but this is definitely the best I’ve tried.

And she was right! They have a wide variety of class times so I’m always able to fit a workout in my schedule, and all the coaches are so nice and amazing. Lizzy Blade (manager) has done a great job cultivating a welcoming and motivating community here. I love it!

I have to say my experience, since joining, has been great!Lizzy and her coaches are wonderful! From the moment you walk-in, the atmosphere is friendly and not intimidating. I am loving the classes. The time flies by......Caroline, the head coach, is excellent! She seems like she loves her job, is patient, and wants to help and motivate all of us, no matter our ability level. ALL the coaches are first class! I would like to thank EVERYONE at OT for making it a fun place and a great workout.

On 10/26/24, at approximately 0936 hours, I went to the Annapolis Orange Theory facility to take the 9:45a class. I approached the front desk employee so I could select my workout station for the 9:45a class. The Caucasian male working the front desk did not say anything to me as I stood in front of the desk, waiting patiently to check-in. At this time, another Caucasian male enter the studio after me, and the Caucasian male working the front desk greeted him and assigned him his station for class. The Caucasian male working the front desk then proceeded to ask me if I needed any help and I informed him that I was here for the 9:45a class. I was then assigned my workout station for the class. As an African American male, I felt that I was discriminated against by The Caucasian male working the front desk since he greeted and assigned a workout station to a Caucasian male that enter the facility after me while I stood there waiting.
October 26 · will harrisThe workouts are great, but the coaches could be more motivating. I went to a studio in VA and there coaches are SO upbeat and really pump up the classes. They shout out your name on the treadmill, they correct your form on the floor (I’ve been doing lunges wrong for a whole year, thanks Annapolis), and that coach took time to show me exactly how the floor block was suppose to go. I never feel sore after I visit Annapolis and after ONE class in VA, I am so sore and feel like I got a REAL workout. Overall, the workouts are great, just wish the coaches were more motivating and had more energy.
