I workout 5 days per week and of course watch what I eat. But watching my diet has been much easier after working out regularly. Somehow the workouts have changed my food cravings. The coaches and staff are friendly and challenging.

The app works well,The bad- the cost are really high and the do not present all the details (about cost) until you are halfway through signing the joining docs. Example-you need this $150 wrists monitor and must cancel more than 30 days in advance.Class schedule is daytime focused and limited on the weekend. Best class times fill in advance so it is tough to drop in. If you schedule in advance and have to cancel a class, they charge you for the class unless you cancel 8 hours in advance whether the class is full or not.There is no individual planning, coaching, or follow up, At All. When you join, they weigh you in and give you a body scan then set you loose.IMO just not worth the steep price.
January 25 · Charlie A.I have never in my life had a workout this intense - feel so fun! An hour just absolutely flies by when you are in there sweating your butt off and rocking it out to music. The studio is always clean, the coaches are always positive, motivating and really get to know you by name the more you attend. They make the experience well worth the membership fees. If you're like me, and a solo workout at planet fitness just isn't going to drive you to stay committed - then go here. You will become addicted to the culture. And the management team is top notch. Even when I thought there may have been a misunderstanding that had to do with payments - Karis (the studio manager) rectified everything and in the most genuine, kind and professional manner possible. To the point where I praised their level of customer service. You know that saying, you get what you pay for. And here - you may have to pay a little more but you ARE GETTING what you are paying for - in a multitude of ways. No regrets. I recommend all westsiders give this studio a shot. If you want to push your limits in the most fun way possible, then sign up! BTW you can try it for free, so no excuses! =P
