The effort each puts into helping members with form and achieving lifestyle goals is greatly appreciated. My son has also joined and both coaches have helped him boost his confidence immensely. Kate is one of the best managers the gym has ever had and Logan is so genuine and caring! Keep it up, OTF!

I’ve been in gyms and worked out for decades, but wanted to find some fresh motivation and give something new a try. I kind of thought I knew what the workouts would be like and was worried that I’d be exposed for having two left feet, but Rilynn took the time to show me the ropes and I was up and running at full-speed out the gate. I couldn’t recommend this gym and their staff more highly.
